Philanthropy Work Day

  • Assistance League Community Room 28720 Vía Montezuma Temecula, CA, 92590 United States (map)

All hands on deck!  We have jobs that require the use of a sewing machine such as adding borders, and piecing bindings or quilt backs. We need people to prepare the pillowcase or other kits by selecting complementary fabrics, cutting and bagging them.  We have to cut backs and batting and "make the sandwich" which we will bag and hand off to the longarm helpers.  You can always come and work on your own Philanthropy project or we have quilt top kits prepared and ready for piecing.  Bring all of your sewing supplies, a lunch and plenty to drink.
