Speakers and Classes

At Valley of the Mist Quilters Guild we make sure there is something for everyone. Our goal is to offer support for beginning, intermediate, and advanced quilters. Quilting is not a stagnant art. While honoring the past in traditional patterns and techniques, modern day quilters incorporate painting, mixed media, and three dimensional accents in quilts and wall hangings. Our speakers and classes reflect this diversity. Enrollment is often closed three months prior to the event. Please sign up early. The 2019 schedule of speakers is nothing short of extraordinary. Workshop cost: 
One day workshops: $35 for guild members and $55 for non-members (plus any additional supplies or kits per instructor)
Two Day workshops: $70 for guild members and $110 for non-members (plus any additional supplies or kits per instructor)

Bring:                     Sewing machine and supplies, extension cord, iron/ironing surface, sack lunch and drinks.
